blogging, liking and following

Ok, so I've been doing this blogging thing just over a year now and I love it.  Bloggers blog for many different reasons, and for me, it's purely a hobby.  I'm not looking for fortune or fame by blogging at all.  Nope, I just like to write mildly funny stories, share a few recipes and get to know my Lovely Readers.

So today, because I'm totally motivated by all things extrinsic (um, big word.  Not sure where that came from, but it won't happen again) I'm asking you to officially Follow Me.  Which is kind of like begging for votes in a reality tv show/online comp, but not.  OK, it totally is.  Anyho, if you've been reading this blog and like what you see, feel free to click on the 'follow' button on the side bar.  It would totes make my day.  And, if like me, you have slight stalker-ish tendencies, you're also more than welcome to

How about you?  Are you looking for more followers so that you know there are actual real, live people reading your blog on a daily basis?  Or is that just me?  Yeah, I think it might be just me...
