And he fell for it.
Hook, line and sinker.
He raced upstairs so quickly, I actually felt slightly guilty as I yelled out
"April Fools" before doing the good old
'pinch and a punch for the first of the month' on his bulging bicep.
Seriously, could our morning have gotten any more nerd like?
Then Miss Sophie's front tooth finally fell out.
Well, Scott actually pulled it out using a bath towel,
but we'll let Soph think it somehow magically fell out into the towel.
And because it was a beautiful day in Brisbane,
we jumped in the car and headed to Mt Tamborine.
We did the Rainforest Sky Walk,
which despite the fact that I don't do nature,
I actually really enjoyed.
And even though the surroundings were beautiful,
there was something that I just could not take my eyes off....
Can we just take a moment to discuss
The Shoes.
Yes, my husband has a thing for shiny white shoes.
Even when bushwalking.
When we got to the end of the walk, he proudly announced that he'd
"Walked flat footed the whole way. You know, to keep the shoes clean."
Okaaay then.
How about you?
What did you get up to this weekend?
And did it involve glow in the dark shoes?
YAY! Well done Sophie .. hope the tooth fairy was generous!
