bacon and eggs

Today's recipe is quite possibly the easiest version of bacon & eggs you'll ever come across.  It takes all of 5 minutes to prepare, there's no bacon fat splattering all over your kitchen bench and the kids will love the softness of the finished product...as Sophie said when I served it up this morning, "Wow this bacon is so easy to cut"...  Which means no more having to cut up everyone else's food before I get a chance to get to my own.  Winning!
