Ok, so do you ever look at the big time bloggers out there and wonder how the hell they shorten their links to blog posts when they're on facebook and/or twitter? You know, so the link to their latest blog post isn't taking up the entire length of their linky post? Yeah, me too!
So I did a quick google search to see how it's done and stumbled across this great You Tube clip that explains everything really clearly and with possibly the best American accent I've ever heard. According to the lovely dot Jenna the way I've been linking my blog posts to my Facebook and Twitter is totes messy and nobody likes a messy link.
So from now on, I'll be using bitly.com or her slightly less attractive cousin, Tiny URL, to shorten my messy links into cute little short ones.
