PS: I found the cutest blog yesterday. It's called One Fine Day and it's written by Ashley Fine. Her posts are so beautifully designed and are the inspiration behind today's new look post. Thanks Ashley, for the tips and tricks to whipping up such awesome looking posts! (FYI: Keynote, a software system for mac is what Ashley uses & is what I've had a crack at using for today's post.) To check out Ashley's amazing work, which looks waaaaay better than my lame attempt, click here...you won't be disappointed xox

I will be trying this one what a great twist on a classic!! i always grate vegies into anything with mince even before kids!!
ReplyDeleteI hope you like it Ann! Grating veggies is the only way to go :)
DeleteDo you think this can be frozen? I will probably justhalve the ingrediants maybe if it cant!!
ReplyDeleteThe mince mixture can definitely be frozen. Not sure about the gnocchi though? I did a quick google search and it seems you can freeze uncooked gnocchi without too many dramas, but the cooked stuff needs a bit more attention when you defrost it. So I'd say freeze the mince mixture and give the frozen gnocchi a swerve x
