This dish is something I kind of made up/threw together a few years ago, when I had bugger all left in the fridge/pantry and couldn't be bothered going to the shops to get anything else. Surprisingly, it tasted quite nice and was an instant hit with the husband and kids, so I guess you could say it's a K&Co Family Favourite. Here's hoping it's as loved by your family as much as it is by mine....
