Long time Lovely Readers will know that I'm a bit of a hardcore baker. And often like to channel my inner Nanna when baking up a storm in the kitchen. Today's recipe is no exception. It's screams Nanna, but Nanna was one very clever lady, because it's easy to make, tastes delicious AND like most things around here, looks far more impressive than it actually is. Enjoy....
In other news, I didn't make the Basil and Lemongrass Chicken dish that I had listed on my meal plan for this week. Bailey's sick with the flu and I'm coming down with it too, so I just couldn't be bothered cooking tonight. Instead, I've thrown everything into the good old slow cooker and will make a hearty chicken pie instead. Recipe will be up tomorrow. K&Co. over & out xox
