I don't know about you, but I love Friday Nights. They're lazy, relaxed and a good excuse to sit on the couch with a sneaky glass of red (or two) and spend some quality time with the family. I usually knock up something easy for dinner and last night it was the delicious goodness that is Bacon, Leek & Brie Tart. I put a pic up on Facebook and a few of you asked for the recipe.
