I don't know about you, but my husband is completely and utterly addicted to coke. He drinks it like it's water, usually while also chowing down on a burger of some sort all while managing to stay the same weight since high school. I know. It's beyond irritating.
So you can imagine his delight when I announced a few Sundays ago that I was going to spend the morning whipping up these magical little gems, otherwise known as Cocoa Cola Cupcakes.
I found the recipe over at a gorgeous blog called Sprinkle Bakes, where the photography skills are amazing and the recipes are delish. Yes, I have total blog/food/photo envy whenever I head over to Spinkle Bakes and I'm sure if you head over there, you will too.
