what's for dinner?

This weeks meals are proudly brought to you by Jamie Oliver's new cookbook, 15 Minute Meals, which I purchased at Target last week for the low price of just $29.  Because everyone has a skill.  Never paying full retail price for anything just happens to be mine.


Anyho, enough of the witty banter.  Here we go with this week's meal plan.  Enjoy....

  2. Have just loaded your slow-cooked cashew chicken into the slow-cooker. I'm worried there's not enough liquid and it'll dry up. Does it?? x

    1. Yeah, it does look low on liquid doesn't it....but because you're only coooking it for a couple of hours, it shouldn't dry up. If you're worried, or it looks like it's going to dry up, just add a bit of water to it. Let me know how you go!
