the weekend that was

Spent the weekend at Noosa, pondering all the big questions.  Like, what time does the swim up bar open?  (10.30am in case you're wondering)...


And why can't I win lotto, so I can move up here permanently? (probably because I never, ever buy a lotto ticket)...


Tried Prosecco for the first time.  Scott informed me that Nigella drinks it/uses it in her cooking.  He watches her show a lot.  But strangely enough, he never actually cooks anything....


Couldn't decide if I liked or loathed these white chairs....


Ate my substantial body weight in healthy food....


All while soaking up this incredible view....


And wondered why anyone would ever take a tropical/beach holiday overseas, when that fabulous beach is only a 2 hour drive from Brisbane...

    I just love Noosa, walking along the boardwalk with an icecream! Or fish and chips along the river, or...

    Nothing as exciting as you! Love love Noosa. We were up there for a week at New Year's. Highly recommend RACV Noosa resort, fab place, although no swim up bar sadly! My love for Presecco is equal for my love of Noosa.

      I loved seeing your New Years Instagram pics. The RACV resort looked beautiful and a great place for families. Can't believe I'd never tried Presecco before...it's really delicious! In other news, have you heard about ProBlogger heading to the GC? Bit exciting!!

    My favourite beach in the world Kirsten. Had been going there for years, up until those 2 extra people moved into our house. Have many a good story to tell. A great place to ponder the world's problems, like what's for breakfast/lunch/dinner? Read a book or swim? (Just between you and me I used to walk around to the nudie beach in Alexandria Bay all those years back. Those were the days I had a body I wasn't afraid to show the world. LOL)
