Hello Lovers. How's your Valentines Day going so far? I belted this post out last Saturday and scheduled it to be posted today (I know. So clever) so I can only assume that my living room is now filled with dozens of red roses. Ha. Not bloody likely. He's good, but he's not that good. Personally, I'm not really a fan of the whole V Day thing, but I do like the idea of having an actual reason to eat vast quantities of chocolate. So today, I thought I'd share my chocolate muffin recipe with you. It's perfect for lunch boxes and if you're really creative, you could even pour the mixture into a love heart shaped tin and give it to your special someone xox

DeleteYum these look great! I try to bake in stealth mode . . . when my 2 year old gets involved its fun but then takes all day to clean up! It's Valentine's day so you have 2 today! lovT
ReplyDeleteI used to do exactly the same thing when my two were little. Now that they're older, they do a bit of baking on their own and clean up so it definitely gets easier! Hope you're having a lovely Valentine's Day x
