#1  Chunky Bracelets //  Look, I know this will shock you, but I'm not a huge wearer of jewellery.  Don't get me wrong, I have some lovely bits and pieces in my jewellery box and I'm always pushing for a hardcore upgrade of my 16 year old engagement ring, which btw, is never likely to happen, but I've never really been a big fan of costume jewellery.  On other people?  Love it hard.  But on my own wrists or ears?  Yeah, not so much.  Until now.  I don't know about you, but I'm loving the current trend of big, chunky bracelets.  Especially gold ones.  So far this one by Mimco is getting all my online attention and might just have to be added to my cart very, very soon.

#2  Chanel Lipgloss  //  Hate to sound like a total Label Mabel (which happened to be my nickname at Uni btw.  All because back in the day I used to go out to our local dive of a pub to drink beer with the boys with my fake gold Chanel handbag casually flung over my bedazzeled shoulder.  Don't judge.  I was 19 and didn't know any better.)  But back to the Label Mabel/Chanel themed story because I am loving Chanel Lipgloss sick.  It has the best coverage, is really shiny and lasts for ages on your lips.  And the best bit?  Your hair doesn't get stuck in it when you're out in the wind.  Which, as we all know, is a HUGE problem for us Lip Gloss Lovers.  The downside to this fab lipgloss is the price.  At around AU$40 it's not cheap, but you know me and my Number One Rule...which you all need to repeat after me "Never pay full price for anything."  Now Chanel never have sales, so your only solution to this problem is to a) head overseas and buy up big at Duty Free or Chanel itself OR b) ask a friend who is going overseas to pick up some for you OR c) check out sites like strawberrynet.com that offer reduced prices on high end makeup and skin care.  You're welcome.

#3  Scarves  //  This dreadful thing called Winter, that always insists on making an appearance once a year, is really starting to get on my nerves.  But scarves like this little beauty from Sussan are keeping my neck toasty warm and almost making me feel like I'm in a warm climate.  Almost. 

#4  Polka Dots  //  I don't know about you, but I'm a little bit in love with the Polka Dot trend that's popping up this winter.  And don't even get me started about the neon yellow/polka dot combination, because I'm loving it x1000 and feel very strongly that it belongs in my wardrobe.  And possibly yours too.  Which you can get right here

#5  FitBit  //  Remember when we were kids and those crazy things called Tamagotchi's were all the rage?  Remember how you used to have to feed it?  And take it for walks?  And love it?  Well this little gadget called a FitBit is totally like that.  Except all you have to do it wear it and it tracks ALL your steps for the day.  AND syncs itself to your computer/phone where you can also keep track of your calorie count for the day AND earn yourself cute little badges for being a clever little fitness freak and doing crazy things like going on epic walks that see you taking 15,000 steps in a day.  IN A DAY PEOPLE.  I know.  I don't know who the hell I am anymore either.  But I can honestly tell you, that a big long walk every single day is great for clearing your head AND for those moments when you want to eat cake but would also like to be able to do up your jeans.
