Blackboard 101

Some of you may recall this purchase I made a few weeks ago:

It's a cute little blackboard (chalkboard if you're from the good old US of A) that I purchased from Myer for $15.  Anyway, I thought you might like to know what you need to do before using a blackboard for the first time....

Step One:  

Cover the whole board in chalk 

Step Two:  Wipe off the chalk using a damp cloth

'xcuse the pudgy fingers.  

I'd like to think it's the camera angle, 

not my actual fingers that is the problem!

Step Three:

Wait for the board to dry and you're good to go.

Doing these 3 quick and easy steps will mean the chalk 

will wipe off thoroughly after each use.  

If you don't do these steps before using it, 

you'll be stuck with chalk marks on your board forever.
