salad dressing recipe

Following on from yesterday's post, here's the recipe for my stand by salad dressing.  Like most things around here, it's easy to make, tastes delicious and looks far more impressive than it actually is.  Here's what you'll need to make your own at home...

Whack two tablespoons mayo, 2 tablespoons light sour cream, a dash or red wine vinegar and a light sprinkling of paprika in a bowl and mix....

Drizzle over your favourite salad or stuffed baked potato recipe & enjoy!
