I don't know about you but I have a hardcore love of all things instagram. I first began instagramming in January 2012, when I participated in Fat Mum Slim's Photo A Day Challenge, which I successfully managed to complete for the entire year. Yep, I took a photo every day, following Chantelle's awesome prompts, for 365 days! And then I stumbled across this awesome website: printstagram which prints your instagram photos for you. There are heaps of options (mini photos, photo books etc) but I went with the poster option. Look, here's a visual:
And just yesterday, this little beauty arrived. Filled with many memories of our incredible trip to Paris....
For those of you playing along at home, both posters are 20" x 30" with white background. The first poster has 294 photos, so they're quite small while the second poster has 96 photos which means the photos are larger. Because I'm slightly OCD and prefer a streamlined, minimalist look to just about everything I do, I don't use the 'frame' feature on my instagram photos. Leaving the photos frameless keeps them looking neat and symmetrical, which is how I like things to be. In other news, I may or may not need some form of therapy to get over that quirky personality trait.
Oh and the best way to frame these posters is to quickly duck into your local IKEA store (ha! As if anyone has ever quickly ducked into their IKEA store!) and grab yourself a ribba frame. The posters fit inside perfectly. Just don't get your husband to hang it using a teeny tiny 3M hook, or it will fall to the floor and smash into pieces within an hour of it being hung on the wall. Or so I've heard ;)
PS: This is definitely not a sponsored post. I'm just sharing the instagram/printstagram/fat mum slim/IKEA love x
I so need a phone that does instagram!! What an awesome idea. You may have influenced my new phone choices!!
