Today's recipe is really easy to make and makes a great addition to the school lunch boxes. Plus it's got oats in it, so it's kind of, sort of, almost healthy. If you don't count the large amounts of butter and sugar that are thrown in for good measure ;) Here's what you'll need to make your own at home...
Ingredients:
1/2 cup self raising flour
1/2 cup plain flour
1 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup desiccated coconut
2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup sultanas
1/2 cup choc chips
125g melted butter
1 egg
Method:
Throw everything into a bowl, mix, pour into a greased/lined baking tray and bake at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool & cut into slices.
