This is Matthew. And his abs. You're welcome. I did try to find photos of the other contestants. But stopped looking because, well, abs.
Anyho, the first Big Brother started way back in 2001. I know this because my eldest was a newborn baby and I spent many hours watching Sarah Marie (remember her?) doing the bum dance and calling the chickens "little monie mons" while trying to get a 4 week old baby to sleep. Good times.
And because we were hardcore broke back then, we never went anywhere, so I had to make up my own fun. Which may or may not have involved me setting up the baby monitor and saying "This is Big Brother. Scott, please report to the nursery and change your son's nappy ASAP" into it. Which of course filtered through into the lounge room over the monitor's speaker system, which cracked me right up and caused Scott to direct some fairly major eye rolling my way. (He's never been a fan of reality tv. Or my semi-lame jokes. I know. It's about the only thing we don't have in common.)
Sadly that baby monitor is long gone, so my Big Brother speaker system won't be put to good use this year. Although I do now have the interwebs, which means I can spend a lot of time searching for a picture of BB 2013 contestant Tim, and his Superior Balayaged Hair. And when I find it, I'll be sure to share it with you all. Once again, you're welcome x
Yes, we all watched (read 'drooled-over') Mr. Abs glowing on our screens last night - guess he is going to be putting the BB gym to good daily use, outside in this beautiful QLD weather, working on his tan (and fan club) at the same time...

DeleteWoot another BB tragic. I became a BB fan with a reflux baby and Mike Goldman in BB uplate. I have no excuses now, just a fishbowl addict. That reflux baby turned into a mini BB tragic and we watched with uninhibited enthusiasm last night. Meh it's in her DNA. I couldn't be prouder ;)

DeleteI've never watched BB, but I did get to do a behind the scenes tour of the house years and years ago. It was a weird feeling, peering in the windows at the contestants! #peepingtom

ReplyDeleteI do not partake in Big Bro these days but I also enjoyed Sarah Marie's bum dancing. Such a TALENT I mean WHERE IS SHE NOW? SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A STARRRR!
