that just so happened to be featured on Amy Atlas and The TomKat Studio. It also happens to be one of the most popular posts viewed on this blog, so I thought I'd put together some instructions for you that can easily be printed out and/or pinned. So here we go with The Kit Kat Cake...
That looks great. I made a similar cake with Maltesers for my hubby's birthday but chickened out of using the kitkats because I wasn't sure how to stick them on. Great recipe - will definitely give this a go!
ReplyDeleteIt's so easy to make and looks very impressive, which of course is the main thing ;) Love the sound of the malteser cake!
DeleteLove the look of that cake! And love Amy Atlas. Such beautiful parties. Remember when there was just cake and balloons and a pass the parcel - where not every child got a present each time it stopped!!!
ReplyDeleteYes! I miss those parties. And still play pass the parcel that way...which is quite controversial amongst the guests!!
DeleteI only recently discovered the kit kat cake and made one last week. Your cake looks amazing! I didn't make enough icing though on mine. The cake looks really complicated to make, but its actually really easy. You just need some time, especially with the kit kat part. The ribbon looks elegant :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Jenna!
